So if you’re looking for a classic cup that doesn’t leave you jittery as a SoCal fault, this is your brew. It’s big on flavor, with a rich, deep body and lasting chocolate tones, but light on caffeine. It’s processed via a Swiss Water method, which strips caffeine away without the use of abrasive chemicals. It’s a winner in most any brew method and plays well ink-black or matched with dairy.
