This is the only blend you'll find on our menu. It's numerical value (no. 4) correlates with its creation; it was the fourth in a series of origin fusions, and it turned out to be a knee-buckling combo. The goal with this roast is to service espresso needs with a twist. Traditional espressos eschew fruit for chocolatey tones and deep body, but this one maintains a deliberate hint of berry. The result is a combination of dark chocolate and fruit -- think chocolate-dipped strawberries. It's suitable for milk drinks, but it shines brightest as a straight shot. It also happens to brew a stellar v60, so for you adventurous types that like to brew your coffees every which way, it's a match made in heaven.
