This chocolate comes from one of the world's most esteemed coffee farms: El Vergel Estate in Tolima, Colombia. It grew alongside Caturra, Bourbon, and Gesha trees, and it's every bit as remarkable as an El Vergel brew. Notes of cherry, sugarcane, and vanilla elevate its profile, and it packs a body silkier than an opera house scarf. It also happens to pair ridiculously well with coffee (El Vergel's crops in particular make a heavenly match).
