This dry processed coffee placed in the top ten finishers of this year's Best of Minazul competition. It comes from Fazenda Sant'Ana, an award winning farm from Sul de Minas. The lot is pure Yellow Catuai, processed via a traditional dry/natural method. It's one of those brews that will please everyone, from coffee geeks to coffee newbs.

Grape opens the cup, sweet, with a mild acidic impression. The note pairs with a rich dark chocolate tone, the type you might find in a single origin bar. As the cup cools, the mouthfeel thickens, rounding out the brew. On the finish, a hint of almond sets the coffee in a traditional space. 

Brew this one any way you like — pour over, Aeropress, drip machine, espresso. It's one of those cups you can't screw up.
