Hacienda Esmerelda's Geisha is one of the most famous coffees in the world. It swept first place in all three categories of the Best of Panama 2025 competition. One of its washed lots scored an earth-shattering 98 at the cupping table. It’s the Domaine Romanée-Conti of coffee — that’s French for Holy Grail.

This particular lot is a dry/natural process that tastes like dreams and stardust — with enough complexity to humble Stephen Hawking and a finish that tattoos itself onto your frontal cortex. Candy-like sweetness, saturated fruit tones, and airy florals permeate the cup. It’s the kind of flavor experience that could compel Michelin to invent a fourth star.
