This Grade 1 sun-dried lot represents the best of the Guji zone—and since Guji is considered tops among Ethiopian growing regions, that's saying something. It comes from the Gerba Doku Tuku mill, which sits at an altitude that's pitch-perfect for coffee cultivation. As with most of the best Ethiopian lots, this one draws entirely from heirloom trees.

Calling it a fruit bomb would be correct but predictable, so instead let's label it a dizzying delivery of fruitage dynamite (same thing, but more fun to say). Blueberry headlines the cup and mingles with a dried mango note. As the temperature drops, rosehip struts alongside a pleasing herbal quality. If you're into dry-processed Ethiopian brews, it's a winner.
